Flat roofing or Low Slope roofing must be supplied where roof slopes do not meet the minimum state requirements for proper slope and drainage. IBEX Roofing’s preferred low slope application is Thermoplastic. Thermoplastic instantly reflects 75% of the sun’s rays while evenly dispersing the remaining 25% leaving the material cool to the touch. This results in instant lower ambient temperatures inside of your home or commercial space. Lower temperatures equate to lower energy consumption inside of your home. For those who doubt thermoplastic we still offer Modified Bitumen torch applied products as well as asphalt self adhering rolled membranes.
